Allianz chief claims officer Graham Gibson, pictured, won the prestigious Achievement Award at the Insurance Post Claims and Fraud Awards yesterday evening (5 October) at The Brewery.

Aviva was the biggest individual winner at the event attended by more than 500 claims and counter fraud professionals, picking up four gongs including Claims Innovation of the Year – Insurer/Broker, Customer Care Award and Fraud Investigation of the Year.

Elsewhere, Jordan O’Donnell from Zurich, Joseph O’Gorman from DWF Law and Holly Robinson from NFU Mutual were crowned Rising Stars; while Adele Sumner from RSA and Craig Budsworth from DWF Law respectively won the Fraud Star and Claims Star of the Year prizes.
