DWF acquires niche law firm Fox Hartley
Law firm DWF will acquire a smaller rival, Fox Hartley, in order to broaden its specialist insurance offering.
Caroline Coates, partner at DWF, said the niche insurance law firm, would provide a valuable complement in terms of greater access to the Lloyd's market and international clients.
