How to build trust in insurance

What insurers need to do to increase trust in insurance is explained by Tristan Sargeaunt, CEO of Spring Insure, in his Insurance Post Top Tips video.

In the video, Sargeaunt recommends:

  • Be reliable, responsive, and accurate.
  • Invest time, energy, and effort.
  • Clearly communicate.

Sargeaunt said: “When we are talking to junior members of staff about how they should be building trust with their clients and their brokers we often talk about reliability and delivery of what they say.

“When you say you are going to do something you have to deliver that to your client.”
