Global Risk Partners has appointed Duncan Carter as retail CEO joining from Marsh UK where he was head of placement and networks.
Carter, pictured, brings over 30 years of experience in the UK insurance industry to the newly created post having worked across brokers and insurers.
He spent 18 years at Allianz in the commercial
