Hosted by Post's Claims Club, these prestigious awards will continue to champion the leaders of the UK general insurance claims sector by rewarding those dedicated teams and individuals that are shining through in these challenging economic times.

All categories are free to enter and are open to specific teams in any claims department or section of an FSA authorised insurer, Lloyd's syndicate, broker with significant delegated claims authority, public authority claims department or self-insured corporate.

And as well as the categories up for grabs in 2012, we have introduced two new awards in 2013: The Customer Care Award - Individual; and Insurance Claims Manager of the Year.
