Various Eateries argues for 'per premises' case in £16m business interruption claim against Allianz
The trial in the case of Various Eateries v Allianz ended last week, with the UK restaurant chain and its insurer exchanging arguments in closing statements.
The trial is the second of three business interruption cases being heard back-to-back. Stonegate v MS Amlin concluded on 28 June, and a further case, Greggs v Zurich, is due to go to trial this week.
