GRP expands into healthcare with first buy after Searchlight takeover
Global Risk Partners has bought Premier Choice Healthcare to become its healthcare hub as it moves into the sector.
The deal for the Towcester-based firm, for an undisclosed sum, is GRP’s first since private equity house Searchlight completed its purchase of a majority stake earlier this month.
At that point GRP
