Hong Kong insurers face stricter outsourcing rules
Hong Kong-based insurers will have to comply with new rules governing outsourcing from January 2013.
The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance recently published a guidance note (GN14) on outsourcing to regulate the risks created by the outsourcing of business activities by insurers.
Under GN14
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
