Helios grows capacity with two acquisitions
Helios Underwriting has acquired Lloyd's limited liability members Nameco and Kempton Underwriting for an aggregate price of £2.4m.
The acquisitions were agreed for a total consideration of 1,454,536 new ordinary shares in the company.
The combined 2015 underwriting capacity of the two vehicles is £2m. Prior to the acquisitions
