SRA receives 121 ABS applications
The Solicitors Regulation Authority has revealed it has received 121 Stage 1 applications from organisations wanting to be regulated as an alternative business structure.
There is still no fixed date on when the first SRA-regulated ABS will be announced, but the SRA's chief executive, Antony Townsend, speculated recently that an announcement could be made in a matter
