Brokers at war over contingent commissions
Aon has become embroiled in a war of words with rival Willis after it signalled its intent to once again accept contingent commissions in the US.
The broker announced last week that it is exploring "alternative remuneration" available to it — which may include supplemental or contingent commissions.
Contingent commissions were banned in 2005
