Cooper Gay delivers warning on D&O
Dan Barton, managing director of professional risks at Cooper Gay, has said many international companies with subsidiaries spread across the globe do not have adequate controls in place to ensure they remain both compliant and sufficiently protected against D&O claims as a result of changing local requirements.
Speaking to delegates at this week’s Wells Fargo Global Broker Network Conference in Madrid, Mr Barton explained that many companies purchase global D&O policies with local limits to cover their needs
