Third of claims withdrawn in Axa household fraud pilot
A third of household claims were withdrawn following the use of conversation management techniques in a pilot project, insurer Axa revealed at last week’s Post Magazine Claims Club seminar in London.
David Williams, director of claims at Axa Insurance revealed that following a pilot project with a non-filtered random sample of accidental damage and loss claims in its household book, 33% of claimsOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
