Law suit "unfounded" claims Scor
Scor has claimed allegations it treated rival reinsurance company Converium’s US shareholders unfairly during a hostile takeover bid are “unfounded”.
The accusation came within hours of Converium’s announcement on Tuesday it has filed a law suit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against Scor and Patinex.
