Thompstone verdict announcement
Judgement in the appeal of the Thompstone v Tameside & Glossop Acute Services NHS Trust is due to be announcement tomorrow at 10.30am, Post has learnt.
A listing officer at the Court of Appeal confirmed that a final decision will be published tomorrow.
Parties in the suit could still launch a further appeal to the House of Lords if they are not
