Parents claiming for joyriders' damage
Parents regularly lie in insurance claims to conceal damage caused by minors driving vehicles, according to fraud experts.
The news comes after an incident last month in which a 10-year-old boy crashed his parents’ car in Essex.Police reported that the boy had crashed his parents’ blue Rover 420 near Southmayne, Essex.
