Post Magazine has carried out a survey with the help of insurer Groupama to find out what the key concerns of the UK's personal lines brokers are. The results show apprehension and mixed feelings on new technology, as Alex Broad explains.
An overwhelming majority of brokers questioned in our survey believeservice standards have deteriorated. And a staggering 80% of those
surveyed are concerned about the future of the broker market.
