Allianz says whiplash reforms 'are not about fraud'

Allianz has responded to the blog by Sue Brown, chair of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society, on why banning small personal injury claims would be a mistake.

Allianz head of motor claims Tony Newman told Post: "The assertion that the intended reform is aimed at addressing fraud rather misses the point. This is not about fraud. It's not about insurers
