Government to crackdown on uninsured drivers
The government is set to unveil a range of new measures which will make it an offence to be a registered owner of an uninsured vehicle.
Currently, motorists are not permitted to drive a vehicle while it is uninsured but under new powers, a keeper of a vehicle which is uninsured can be fined £100 or have their vehicle destroyed, unless
