DAS has claimed it is on target to achieve record growth during 2010 as annual premium income rose £19m during the first five months of the year.
The legal expenses insurer said it has taken the opportunity to apply corrective rating increases to Family Legal Protection business, in a sector where there had been a sharp deterioration of results
