Aviva sees uptick in employee volunteering amid UK decline
Aviva has seen a 159% increase in employee volunteer hours in the past two years since it started a place-based approach to social action.
In 2022, the UK employee volunteering hours stood at 41,610 and in 2024, they rose to 107,810. This is based on data from Aviva’s 2024 sustainability data sheet, which is the sustainability reporting
