FOS appoints Abby Thomas as CEO and chief ombudsman, as service faces backlogs
The Financial Ombudsman Service has appointed Abby Thomas to the role of CEO and chief ombudsman.
She will replace interim CEO and chief ombudsman Nausicaa Delfas who held the post for a year following the departure of Caroline Wayman, after 22 years at the FOS. Thomas will take up the role in
