Nausicaa Delfas named FOS interim CEO
Nausicaa Delfas will serve as interim CEO and chief ombudsman of the Financial Ombudsman Service, taking over from Caroline Wayman.
Delfas is currently Financial Conduct Authority executive director of international and interim chief operating officer. She is expected to take up the FOS roles on 17 May.
