AGCS names Hirs as CEO as Booth retires
Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty is to promote chief financial officer Chris Fischer Hirs to chief executive as the insurer restructures following the retirement of Clement Booth.
Hirs will be promoted after Axel Theis, CEO of AGCS, has been appointed, with effect 1 January, to Allianz's board of management with responsibility for the global industrial insurance business
