Tokio Marine Kiln has appointed Anna McNamara as group chief operating officer with effect from 26 April.
McNamara joined the group from Lloyd’s in 2006 as senior syndicate accountant, having previously trained as a chartered accountant at Deloitte, and has been promoted through the company into her
