Balkans flooding to cost billions of euros
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development estimates the cost of damage as the result of horrific flooding will be well over €2bn.
According to the Bank's preliminary estimates Serbia suffered €1.5bn to €2bn euros of direct damage and the bill is €1.3bn euros for Bosnia.
