Biba hails improved insurance access for older customers
New figures show a steep rise in the use of signposting services used to refer customers when an insurer or broker can’t offer motor or travel cover due to the age of a customer.
The signposting agreement struck between the industry and the Government requires insurers to refer such customers to alternative providers or a dedicated service like the British Insurance Brokers'
