Former Prudential CEO elected Hiscox chair
Hiscox looked externally to hire its chair for the first time in the company’s history, as Jonathan Bloomer becomes chair designate.
Bloomer will join the Hiscox board on 1 June 2023, succeeding Robert Childs, who will retire on 1 July after 37 years at the company, 10 of those as chair.
Bloomer joined Prudential in 1995
