With ESG currently so high on the insurance boardroom agenda, it was inevitable that the role of claims would soon come into focus.
In this session claims leaders debate how claims can be ‘greened up’ to help insurance companies play their part in driving the sustainability agenda. Among the questions we will focus on are:
- Where can insurance claims departments make the quickest wins to help force the ‘green agenda’?
- Who is - and should be driving the sustainable agenda? The boardroom, shareholders, staff, policyholders or a combination?
- When it comes to managing claims how can insurers look to reduce the carbon footprint of repair and remediation?
- How can insurers ensure that their supply chain is committed to the same sustainability goals as their own?
