Car and motorcycle complaints hit record levels
Financial Ombudsman Service statistics show a record number of new cases for car and motorcycle insurance at the start of 2024.
A total of 4172 new cases is the greatest number since Insurance Post began recording this data at the start of 2014 via the Financial Ombudsman Service Complaints Tracker.
