With the world facing an urgent climate crisis, consumers are increasingly looking for brands to put purpose before profits, writes Paul Dixon, Zurich UK’s head of claims proposition.

A study conducted by The Institute of Customer Service, and sponsored by Zurich UK, found environmental sustainability is now the most important factor in the purchasing decisions of one in five (18%)
