As the search for lesser-spotted clarity continues, simple confirmation from the regulator on which business interruption wordings are being contested, and by who, is a welcome aid.

However, it is a bit of a shame a paint by numbers guide to the High Court’s verdict on each wording did not come a little earlier.

It would be a bit much to have expected swift data on appeal status
