Whiplash reforms pushed back into 2021
Whiplash reforms, including the implementation of the claims portal, have been pushed back to April 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Initially expected to go ahead in April 2020, in February the reforms were pushed back to August of this year.
In a written statement today, Lord Chancellor Robert Buckland said the government
