Hastings Direct wins court battle against personal injury fraudster
Hastings Direct has won a court battle against a fraudster who was ordered to pay £5000 in costs and handed a 22-week prison custodial sentence by the Royal Courts of Justice.
The individual in question has previously reported a road accident where a Hastings Direct customer had hit his parked car and at the time he confirmed that he had not been in the vehicle.
