Umbria Italy quake loss up 64% to €108m
Estimated insurance industry losses from the earthquake that struck Italy in August last year has been increased by 64% to €108m (£99.4m), according to Perils.
This latest loss estimate compares to an earlier loss estimate of €66m which was issued by Perils on 24 November 2016, three months after the event.
The M6.2 earthquake resulted in around 300 deaths
