The Solicitors Regulation Authority is investigating 15 reports of misconduct against solicitor firms involved in holiday sickness claims.
There has been a 500% rise in the number of gastric illness claims made by holidaymakers in the past three years. The watchdog confirmed it will take action against firms where there is clear evidence
