Almost 60% believe personal injury reforms unfair
Proposed changes to compensation from accidents were considered unfair by 57% of adults according to a survey commissioned by Access 2 Justice.
The government plan, announced in last year's Autumn Statement, would remove the right to general damages for minor soft tissue injuries.
The Small Claims Tribunal cap was also flagged for an increase
