Fraud taskforce calls for SRA and government action in final report

The government has been challenged to deliver a regulatory strategy to clamp down on nuisance calls as part of the Insurance Fraud Taskforce’s final recommendations, which also call on the Solicitors Regulation Authority to get tougher on fraud.
