Stewart Steel Vericlaim

Sedgwick-owned specialist loss adjuster VRS Vericlaim has purchased claims handler Certo in a bid to boost its third party administration and commercial loss adjusting capacity.

Established in 2002, Certo has 70 staff operating from offices in Leeds, Birmingham, Glasgow and Brentwood.

The acquisition will increase the number of VRS Vericlaim staff to over 200 and take annual
