Manslaughter charges over Lamma Island ferry accident

The captains of the two vessels which collided off Lamma Island in Hong Kong on 1 October have been charged with manslaughter.
Chow Chi-wai, 56, captain of Hongkong Electric's Lamma IV, and Lai Sai-ming, 55, captain of the Sea Smooth, operated by Hong Kong and Kowloon Ferry, have been charged with 39 counts of manslaughter by
