Premiership footballer wins spot rates case against Allianz
Allianz has lost its credit hire appeal case against Aston Villa footballer Darren Bent.
Allianz began its legal battle against Bent, after the striker was involved in an accident in 2007, damaging his £72 000 Mercedes. Following the accident, Bent was referred to credit hire firm
