Royal Bank of Scotland Insurance's claims managing director Steve Maddock has revealed the true intensity and speed behind its claims transformation programme in an exclusive interview with Post this week.
"We liken it to a three-and-a-half year transformation programme that we are shoe-horning into 18 months," he continued.
