Kingsbridge sold to US-based NSM Insurance
Private equity backer Dunedin has exited Kingsbridge following its sale to Pennsylvania-based NSM Insurance.
The sale of contractors and freelancers insurance specialist Kingsbridge, which also comprises of the Dinghy and Larsen Howie brands, remains subject to regulatory approval in Guernsey and the UK.
