Finch and ICB set to merge under Verlingue brand
Finch and ICB Group will merge and rebrand under the name of their French parent company, Verlingue.
ICB rebranded to Verlingue on 1 December, and will merge with Finch on 1 January 2020, to form a single business trading under the Verlingue name.
