Aon-Willis deal could attract competition concerns
Aon might have to sell off portions of Willis Towers Watson, if it did proceed to buy the business, analysts said.
The broker confirmed reports it had entered into preliminary talks for the acquisition of Willis yesterday, but said it had not yet submitted any bids for the business yet.
