Leung to replace Choi as Hong Kong's insurance government head
John Leung is relocating from Taiwan to start as Hong Kong's commissioner of insurance on 19 August to replace Annie Choi.
Leung, pictured, is director of the Hong Kong economic, trade and cultural office for Taiwan. He has been in the role since April 2013 and has a long history of government service. His appointment
