Brokers "fighting harder" for customers during downturn

Brokers have had to fight harder to get claims paid during the economic downturn due to the stricter policy interpretations and anti fraud-systems put in place by insurers.

This is the outcome of a survey conducted by the British Insurance Brokers’ Association, which found 67% of broker respondents had to get tough with insurers on behalf of customers to get claims paid
