  • Research the insurer.

Collett said insurtechs that want to achieve Lemonade-like success need to know their onions.

She said: “You need to clearly explain the problem you are solving and the solution you are providing.

“Research the insurer and find out what are their business objectives – that is what you are trying to help them with.”
