CII apologises for latest IT mistake
The Chartered Insurance Institute has made yet another IT error, which saw established members “welcomed” to the 126-year-old professional body.
In a message posted on LinkedIn on Saturday 25 March, Mathew Mallett, chief digital information officer of the CII, said he would like to apologise to members who received an email “sent in error” the
