Verisk acquires Validus IVC
Verisk has acquired automated subrogation platform provider Validus IVC to offer its customers automated claims processing.
The acquisition will see Verisk offering Validus’ subrogation platform and enhanced analytic and technology tools in order to automate their claims process.
